Easy ship agent not coming and so we are stuck with all the ways
Easy ship agent not coming and they are not picking our calls either. We waited outside our facility the whole day, though they mark the status as address not found or other random status. We even tried placing some orders via amazon and it was delivered properly to our address.
We were able to deliver 2 orders via self ship and one of them got returned. Now they are not delivering that either and have random status on delivering.
I bought some campaign credits, it is useless now as every order is getting canceled. I initially got multiple orders, now due to easy ship agent issue, I am not receiving any orders at all. Feeling frustrated to continue with the amazon selling.
We cannot run campaign, our packaging material is wasted each time, cannot proceed with restocking or add new items to inventory. I am completely blocked in all the ways.
