I created deal 7 days back of great summer sale on sale event planner, everything went smooth. On the sale my deal price went live i.e.rs.339 from rs.379 but the GREAT SUMMER SALE tag is not appearing still on my product detail page of that ASIN.

I checked the sale event planner there it shows the deal is suppressed because deal price is higher than featured offer. Featured offer is rs.339 which is deal price i set. Before sale, featured offer was rs.379.

So basically my issue is GREAT SUMMER SALE tag isn't appearing on my product detail page, despite the deal price set is active as per schedule. CAN ANYONE HELP HERE? SALE TAG IS IMP FOR GOOD SALES.

As usual seller support was not even 1% helpful despite 10 cases.
