Account Health Rating
Hello everyone! Could you please advise if anyone has had a similar situation and knows how to fix it? Recently, we've noticed that our Account Health Rating has been dropping rapidly by about 20 points per week. Last week it was 720, and now it's 700. The reasons are unclear - there have been no violations, complaints, or anything else that could affect it. Sales are fine and everything else seems normal, but our account health is declining. Previously, this metric consistently increased by 4-8 points on average per week...
We've tried reaching out to support, but they keep redirecting us to an Account Health Specialist in Account Health. We're trying to call there, but there are no results - just an answering machine and no one picks up. Please advise if anyone knows what to do about this problem and how to find out the reason for the drop in Account Health Rating! We would be extremely grateful to anyone who can share their experience or recommendations!

Its a rolling metric so it will move up and down with sales volume.

It looks back a specific amount of time so if you had some big growth that just went beyond 60 days it would lower the score.
TBH its nothing to be worried about. As long as your above 250 you get account health assurance and that what matters.

Hello @Seller_Pe4xluiO6ZpOS
Thank you for the information provided regarding the concern with your account health rating. As mentioned by @Seller_Qbd0RsfZFEZBY, the metric will look at a rolling window of the previous 180 days. For every 200 orders, you will receive 4 points. Once those orders are no longer considered in the 180 days, you will lose those points.
This will mean you will see the metric fluctuate based off of your overall order volume. For example, if you had a surge during the holiday season, you may start to see the points decrease around this time as those orders start to no longer be considered.
For more information on the rating, we do encourage you to check out this page. We ask that any questions be provided on this thread to avoid confusion.
Best,
Atlas
