GST credit not available
We are getting this message for B2B customers wherein “GST credit not available” tag is mapped with our seller account and the seller support team are doing nothing to resolve the issue rather they simply copy & paste the predefined answers repeatedly. They are also not able to or intentionally not providing the exact reason for this mapping and it seems like something fishy is going on here. Does anyone have any idea about this? Thank You

You are absolutely right. We recently received a B2B furniture order, but we are facing an issue where the GST credit is not available.
It is quite perplexing that Amazon, with its dedicated seller support team comprising highly paid employees, is unable to address our cases appropriately and instead responds with pre-defined answers repeatedly. This situation is incredibly frustrating, as it seems like our cases are being handled by internet bots or an unresponsive AI system. If this is indeed the case and it is the result of human intervention, it is truly disappointing to see that they are not fulfilling their job responsibilities and providing satisfactory responses to our concerns.

According to the support team and after few discussions with various experts, we have implemented following changes and we are awaiting results against the changes. Hopefully, the issue might get resolved soon.
Solution under progress: In this case, Please be informed that one has to be an active seller under B2B program and the default Product Tax Code is has been correctly applied on the ASINs (It should not be zero). If these 2 conditions are met, ‘GST credit not available’ message will not appear.
Further, if you are still facing the issue, Please update the correct PTC at the ASIN level and wait for 24-48 hrs for this feature to reflect on customer page.
