CUSTOMER RETRUN CHARGES PAY EVERY SELLER

DEAR AMAZON TEAM ,

I suffer from customer return ,and your retrun charges,

I spend on add 26,000 rupee, they make my order also , I send order correctly on time , but i am facing most retrun between the process , I loss my product quality and my accout is 15000 negative ,

Also customer fake return ,and fake negative feedback,they make mi depression . Can i stop selling on amazon .because customer support is poor on this privious 2 months .

Sorry to hear this. But, this is the worst side of Amazon. Amazon customer support team doesn't care about what you spend, what efforts you make and so on. They are the puppet and do what they have been trained to do so.

Customers know very well here that they are the God in the eyes of Amazon, and they are taking benefits of all these. Interestingly, if you complain on any of these issues to the seller support team, their reply would be "Return/Refund accepted by Customer Support Team and we cannot connect with them. Please file SAFE-T Claim."

This suggests that everything is predefined and pre-planned.

I would just say my dear that do NOT go of any trap of advertising or promotional services. Just focus on the organic sell if comes it is good. Otherwise, do not rely completely on Amazon for your business growth and better.

Dear all

its hard to hear about the return. let me share some of my thoughts and experience which might useful to ur current situation.

Amazon and seller's heart is buyers. amazon is purely customer centric. i think u r handeling FBM or MFN orders.

i have two products in FBA, eventhough i have sameday shipping i also got cancelled order which is not chargeble. but if buyer return , then its chargable. for that they have to charge shipment cost administrive cost. this is the bussiness model.

we can avoid return by few things.

1. listing - funnel the listing with exact what the product usage - ex color, size , fit everything. if u have anything issue related to this better exit from the product it is very common in customer behaviour. we have to acept it.

2. delivery time - delivery time should not more than 2 days from the order date. customer lost inter and excitement from the product . to avoid this go local program and 3PL programs are there.

3. keep an eye on NCX rate and voice of the coustomer. make change accordingly.

4. 5 to 10% return is common in amazon. add price to bare the return also in selling price.

many external and intenal factors are there in customer return, u cant avoid it but u can control it. be maintain seller controlabble return ratio under 5%

PLEASE GO FOR ORGANIC SALES. Do not rely on ads. the Return on investments on ADS do not make sense. Try to optimise listings using keywords. There are several YouTube channels which teach you regarding the keywords and organic growth.

Also, Do not go into false belief of only if you put ads, you will get orders. Organic orders will come to you even without ads.

as amazon policy creater has only one funda to dream any policy in ac office & impliment blindly also they dont have courtesy to review sellers feedback on policy , they work with only one funda to chete sellers , as you mentoned not only customer return also its ats undelivered order has been get charged refund commisssion , for nay return amazon has one funda to earn money unethical way , be untited agasinst such unfair policy
