Account suspension deactivated
This is crazy. I was new to the platform and still learning, so I listed some products and got some sales. Then I got a call from Amazon, and they asked where I got my product from, and I said from a third party, and they said well, whatever you used to source the product is not verified, and I said well, all right, go ahead and delete all the listings, but mention I had some product on the way to the buyer and I can't stop the delivery, and they said it was all right because I was new to the platform, and then I got hit with Section 3. Now I’m trying to submit an invoice, but of course it will get rejected because supplier is not verified. When I call the Amazon the worker was I don’t know whats going on with your account when you mention you had some of order on way to buyers they shouldn’t haven’t suspended your account.

Your account was deactivated because of 2 accounts.
Nothing mention your products or supplier.
Am I wrong?

Hello @Seller_yj4UL1VijqQNB,
Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Forums and providing the performance notification that you received.
After reviewing the notification, it seems that the account was deactivated as it was linked to a previous account which had violated policy.
I would suggest following the steps outlined in the 'How do I reactivate my account' section to appeal the first account before appealing the current account.
I have included some help pages below on how to appeal an account deactivation for your reference:
Appeal an account deactivation or listing removal
Complete an appeal questionnaire to reinstate selling privileges
Please feel free to update this thread if you need additional assistance.
Regards,

Good Evening @Seller_yj4UL1VijqQNB, I believe you created a duplicate discussion after you posted the first thread HERE regarding the same topic.
Please only create one thread per question as it can create confusion and duplicate work for the Support Staff. Additionally creating multiple threads on the same topic could be seen as spam on the forums and go against forums guidelines.
I will be closing out this thread in order to avoid duplicative work. Any additional updates will be provided on the original post HERE. Have a wonderful weekend. ~ Cooper_Amazon
