Multiple sellers have stolen my brand name and have listed our products for sale for a dollar less. No one is anyone authorized to do this. It should be very easy to report to Amazon but it's not, I have followed your steps for DAYS and I still can't proceed.

I've gone to https://brandregistry.amazon.com/brand/report-a-violation, I input the ASIN, selected all FOURTEEN fraudulent sellers, and then clicked "Trademark Infringement" but for some reason, I'm unable to proceed:

"This type of infringement is disabled based on the types of selected items (e.g., ASIN, offer, image). Update your selection to proceed with your report." -  ASIN: B001VGFYIK. It identified the correct product and all of the fraudulent sellers so, Why does it have this restriction? (QUESTION 1)

option 1 "A product detail page is unlawfully using my trademark (e.g. in product title, product images, product description). This is an accurate description of what is happening, not....

options 2 and 3 "A product or its packaging has my trademark on it or A product is counterfeit"

Our images or color names haven't been redistributed, our brand name is being used by another seller.

So why can't I report this violation and why is the ASIN disabled? (QUESTION 2 and 3) Brand Registry is supposed to protect our account from this yet it's very difficult to report it. (Why isn't there a category for unauthorized sellers? QUESTION 4) We have to jump through hoops to protect this business, yet other sellers can steal and profit from us too easily. The tools provided to me were not helpful, and neither were the phone calls to seller support. No one seems to understand what is going on.

How can I accurately describe what is going on? (QUESTION 5)
