Pesticides and Pesticide Devices

I'm writing to bring your attention to our case ID 14657387931, a matter of "Pesticides and Pesticide Devices".
Although the Amazon support team responded to us as follows: "We received your submission for the following ASINs, and we have determined that there are currently no restrictions on the listings. The following listings are active on the Amazon.com store."
ASIN: B0BN23J3B1 B09YYW8QPL
But these listings are still inactive in our background, when we click to edit product details, it automatically takes us to a page that shows "You need approval to list this ASIN."
And when we cilck on "Fix Stranded Inventory" it automatically jumps us to a page that shows there is still a reason for the stranding - Qualification required (pesticides and pesticide devices).
I am no longer able to sell this product despite having an 2-years sales history. Could you please escalate this matter to the appropriate department?

Thank you for your patience. I've reviewed your case and at this time these products are approved to be eligible to be sold on Amazon, but you do not have approval to sell them anymore.
At this time these products have been identified as Pesticide and Pesticide Devices. Per Amazon policy, only US residents can sell pesticides and pesticide devices in the US. If you are a US resident you can complete the Pesticides Training to get approval to sell these products however if you are not a US resident there will be no further steps available.
These listings have been reviewed and at this time do qualify as making pesticide claims as indicated on the Pesticide and Pesticide Devices help page:
Pesticides and pesticide devices include the following:
- Any product intended for preventing, destroying, repelling, or mitigating any pest
- Any product that makes antimicrobial, antifungal, antibacterial, anti-mold, or pesticide claims
While you may have been able to sell these products in the past, the products have been determined to be subject to this policy. If you are unable to get approval to list these products you will need to create a removal order for your inventory if you have any in FBA.
