Amazon has no control over its Easy ship courier partners. When the consignment reaches the customer’s town, the courier makes no attempt to delivery the consignment if the first attempt has failed. The courier returns the consignment back under the badge / reason as " Customer Reject" and Amazon thus brow beats the sellers using this term " Customer Reject" without understanding the implications of using this term. Amazon aims to browbeat , degrade the sellers by freely using this term. We as a seller when spoke to several of our customers, they have expressed anguish that Amazon courier on the filmiest reason decides not to return the consignment under the term " Customer Reject" Amazon sees NIL difference between a customer return and a customer Reject. By not ensuring effective delivery of the shipment and loosely using the term " Customer Reject’ the day is not far off for Amazon to loose the trust of its customers and the sellers
