FBA Returns - how can you check they were actually returned?

So about 5 years ago when we started, Amazon had a report you could view (inventory adjustments I believe). It shows returns, the day return was initiated, the day inventory was received. After 45 days and no return, you could claim reimbursement.

Fast forward to now, its completely convoluted and impossible from what I can see. Looking over the following reports, I cant make heads or tails of it

Customer Concessions > FBA Customer Returns - Shows all the returns with order number and LPN number but no date.

Reimbursements - shows order numbers of reimbursements but only the ones they reimbursed. Can't see the ones not

Inventory Ledger - shows adjustments for customer returns but does not correlate to order numbers or LPN numbers.

So, where does that leave us?

Step 1 in figuring this all out is to see if the products were actually returned or not. We cant. There is no report correlation between order number and an inventory adjustment.

Step 2 is to ask for reimbursements for any order that was not returned (no adjustment in inventory ledger).

Anyone have a clue how to figure this out? Why did Amazon have to take a amazingly simple interface away and make it impossible (we all know why but we wont say :D )

I think this is what you want.

Menu to:

Manage Returns to:

View FBA Returns. Look at "Disposition" and "Return Status."

Hope this helps.
