Whenever I call Seller Support, I'm asked to provide a Pin Number? Where do I find this pin number? I need assistance with setting up my billing and transaction pages please. Thank you!

Thank you for reaching out. Are you speaking about the PIN verification process which is part of our account verification system. When you reach the Business information step of the registration process, you will have the option to receive a PIN through SMS text message or a Call?

You do not call Amazon.

If you have a Business Seller account you Request a call & they call you back.

Usually within minutes & they nearly always fix the problem if you are prepared to listen & do exactly what they say no matter how long it takes.

Never message as it gets a bot & bots never help solve anything.

If you have trouble understanding their accent just keep saying it is a bad line.

They may say they do not hear a bad line but keep saying that & they will slow down & repeat themselves.

After a while you will tune in to the way they speak.

Just remember they may not always easily understand your accent so do the same. Slow down & repeat yourself.

Don't yell. Louder will not get you understood better.

And never say I can't understand a word you are saying.

How would you like someone to say it to you?

They are just trying to do their job like you are.
