Unable to update trcking details for Self-Ship Order
To deliver the self shipment order to the customer, I generated the shipment using Delhivery, but it was taking more time to pickup,, we have shipped this order using "Porter" courier service. But there is not option in amazon panel to update the courier service to "Porter" as it is not from the per-defined list of courier.
The package has already delivered to the customer address, and i have support evidence to show that the package is delivered. How can order be marked as delivered?
