How do I NOT offer returns?

I caught sight of another Handmade Seller that said they do not offer returns. I didn't know that was an option? How do I find where to select that? TIA

Please review the help page for Handmade return eligibility.

To ensure a consistent experience for customers, Handmade Makers must match or exceed Amazon’s return policy, which states you must accept any return requests within 30 days of customer receipt of shipment.

An exception to this policy is items offered with customization options, other than size and color, that are configured, personalized, or inscribed, such as engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching, carving, or printing. Items offered with customization options are ineligible for returns.

Either the other Handmade seller meets the exception to the policy, or they may be misrepresenting the true return policy. If you believe they are misrepresenting their return policy, you may report that from any of their product pages using the provided 'report a seller' link found there.
