How to remove COD option as well as make product non-returnable?
I have been looking to set the option to COD as not available and make the item non-returnable, but couldn’t find any such option on the dashboard.

Opt for self ship only. As long as there is Easy Ship you will have to accept COD orders.
As for non-returnable-see the general policies of Amazon from the Help pages. Some products are non-returnable, but most are not. You have to go by their policy. If there are special cases such as items made to order maybe you can try to make it non-returnable by discussing with Seller Central. Otherwise it is not possible.

Amazon FBA is a SCAM, They themselves place fake orders, and then create a return on it to make money money from FBA fees.
