my brand new amazon seller account is suspended for no reason

This is so weird that I opened my amazon seller account 2 months ago and I did not start selling yet. No product, no reviews, no defects or anything. I am still waiting for my first batch of inventory to arrive. Then my account is suspended. Worse even, amazon did not give any specific reason or pointed me the violations, which left me in total limbo, baffling. The worst part is that there is even not a plea or appeal button in my account health page or anywhere for me to take action. Do you guys know where I can plea for help for my situation? Does amazon have a seller customer service number or email?

It was deactivated because it was dormant. You can open a case, in which they will probably ask you to re-verify with your documents.
