I cannot open a second seller account

I'm trying to open a second Amazon Seller account but it's so frustrating. I have a seller account under a company that has its own registration and its own registred trademark, right now it's generating sales, the company sells 3D prints and jigsaw puzzles.

I want to open a second Amazon seller account because it's a separate company with their own trademark registered. The company sells retro displays. I created a new account with the company's email I received a rejection email. I contacted support and they just ask me to send them the screenshot of the email (which it doesn't give a clear explanation of rejection) and they just say they cannot do anything about it. This is so frustrating, it's like having support with a wall.

Is there a human who could solve my case?

if you didn't get further than the companies e-mail and then got a rejection, I would recommend to open a simply google mail account for that company and try again.

if you didn't get further than the companies e-mail and then got a rejection, I would recommend to open a simply google mail account for that company and try again.
