Customer left a false seller feedbacka and Amazon won't do anything about it
We had a customer make a purchase on July 1st and the order shipped out the same day July 1st, I got a negative feedback the very same day by the customer stating her order shows delivered but she did not receive it and wants a replacement or refund. We do not have the ability to deliver the orders the same day. Anyhow her order was delivered on July 2nd. This is an erroneous review and Amazon will not do anything about this. I called support and one rep that I spoke to station she also has a business and I have to let it go as it is part of doing buisiness.
There is no way to contact the customer to ask for feedback removal. The phone number is disconnected and the only way to contact the customer is to offer a refund.
This is ridiculous as negative reviews hurt seller account health. I did everything right and shipped on time and due to customer's mistake intentional or unintentional Amazon says it is now part of business.

This is not intended to help with this incident -- too late there. Just for future.
First .. NEVER use that phone number to contact the buyer. That number is provided solely for use if necessary to schedule delivery. It is never to be used for other purpose.
Next .. You do not state if you used Amazon buy-shipping? If you did, this would qualify for strike-through (not removal). So your appeal should have stressed using Amazon buy-shipping and should quote out the part of the policy where Amazon promises that negative feedback related to delivery will be struck-through.
