Link for verification unable to tap via sms
Hi, I want to open a payment method on Amazon, but when they send an SMS for verification, it appears without a link to tap.
"RM0 **************************************************
Amazon: Bank account access attempt from 10, MY. Tap link to respond."
I have already informed my mobile carrier about this issue, but they said there’s no problem on their end and advised me to contact Amazon again regarding this matter. I have been facing this issue for many months, and it still hasn't been resolved. Please help.

I have faced the same issue before on my personal account and followed the on-screen instructions and contacted seller support directly.

Did you already try reaching out to Customer Service? If you have, can you share any support case IDs with me here so that I can take a closer look at your account.
