I am the trademark owner but my brand is already registered on amazon brand registry
I acquired a company in July 2022 and completed the trademark transfer with USPTO. The brand is already registered and while I did request that the brand administrator allow me to add products, I have not idea who this is and it's likely that the administrator is no longer using the email or will not respond. How can I have the original brand registration terminated so that I can register it and be the administrator? I do not want to provide permission to anyone else to list products with my brand name.

The email address associated with the current rights owner’s Brand Registry account.
The name of the brand currently enrolled in Brand Registry.
