Order not marked delivered

I ship my own items not buy shipping. My courier website states the order is delivered however the status on amazon seller central is still marked as shipped. Will orders say delivered on Amazon or do they stay as shipped?

There is no such status as "delivered" on Amazon. Orders are either Pending / Unshipped / Shipped / Canceled. That's it.

When you do not use Amazon buy shipping it is essential that you confirm with tracking soon after you ship.

There absolutely IS a status called Delivered, It's where all of my inventory sat for five weeks before they checked any of it in to be Received.

The OP is asking about merchant fulfilled orders -- not shipments to Amazon.
