Unauthorized use of our brand on amazon by third party for making copyright complain on other sellers
Dear sir,
Recently some third party have used our brand name and ASIN for removing other sellers on amazon. I am sharing one complaint ID in which they have used my product link to remove other sellers. I have not made any complain but sellers who received complain of copyright had contacted me that you made infringement as per amazon notification. This creates negative image of our brand on our network. I request you to province me any brand manager which can give me the contact details and account name of person who is making these type of fraud infringements.

In my experience, when an infringement report is made, party which is at receiving end of the violation is shown both Name and email of the complainer.
