ATS misbehave and didn't pick up product all my easy ship got cancelled and i used to fill the form pf mis pick up and mis behave but there is not action taken by amazon

and my return delivery even they dont give to me and when i fill safety claim its reject it because they mention that

they try to send it back but you dont accept it please help me out of this any mail id ya something which i use to use it and solve this problem
