OTP is not working!!

hello Amazon team

OTP is not working for a lot of sellers from my country

We are in a loop since support is giving us solutions that don’t work! In order to cancel the 2 steps we need to get a text message- BUT the text message is NOT working!!

It has been 4 days already!! We also can’t get it by a phone call. We get this notification- “there is an internal problem”

Are you using Google Chrome? If so, sign into the browser with a completely different Google profile and transfer all of your bookmarks and passwords over. I was having similar issues and I did that back in November. I have only had to log in a handful of times since then.
