Deactivated Account from 10+ Years ago

Hello,

My selling account was deactivated about 10 years ago due to not being able to complete all orders. I am looking to sell some products and use FBA for fulfillment. I am trying to reach out to customer support but keep getting AI responses telling me I need to appeal. Nowhere on my selling account does it give me any option to appeal anything. It does not show any violations and says my account is in good health but deactivated. I have no way of activating it or appealing or even speaking to a real customer support rep. If someone is able to help guide me that would be much appreciated. Thank you

They will not reinstate your account and you cannot open a new account.
