Flipkart is easier to understand than Amazon
Flipkart is easier to understand than Amazon in terms of running ads and growing account. Amazon does not offer enough support to sellers to understand why the sales are low and help in running the right ads.

While I understand your perspective that Flipkart may be easier to understand from a seller's point of view, it's important to note that Amazon has several advantages for sellers that might make it a better choice for many. Here are some reasons why Amazon is often preferred by sellers:
Global Reach: Amazon has a vast global presence, which means your products can potentially reach a much larger customer base. This global reach can be beneficial if you have aspirations to expand your business internationally.
Fulfillment Services: Amazon provides fulfillment services through Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), which can handle warehousing, packaging, and shipping of your products. This can save sellers a lot of time and effort.
Trust and Credibility: Amazon is one of the most trusted e-commerce platforms globally. Shoppers are often more willing to make purchases on Amazon due to the reputation it has built over the years.
Advertising and Promotion: Amazon offers various advertising tools and promotions to help sellers increase their product visibility and boost sales.
Customer Base: Amazon has a massive customer base, and as a seller, you can tap into this established customer base. This can be particularly beneficial for new sellers looking to gain exposure.
Seller Support: Amazon provides comprehensive support and resources for sellers. They have a dedicated Seller Central portal and offer customer support to address seller queries and issues.
Data and Analytics: Amazon provides robust analytics and data insights to help sellers understand their customers and make informed business decisions.
Payment System: Amazon's payment system is streamlined, ensuring that sellers receive payments promptly and reliably.

We suspect fake orders are placed on Flipkart.
When we sell same items on Amazon and Flipkart, returns on Flipkart is almost 3.5x that of Amazon.
Returns from their Fulfillment centres is lower, but still is 2x that of Amazon.
This could be happening with us only but would love to hear if other sellers also experience this.
Plus Flipkart Ad Tools are money draining and not transparent where and how is money getting spent.
