As a new seller on Amazon, it seems unfair from my experience.

I am a new seller on Amazon. I have had my first 2 products listed for a few weeks, and I sent units to the FBA warehouse and for this product it is in the 'receiving' stage of the shipment. I also got the Amazon labeling on the packaging and was excited to start to sell on Amazon. I got my first 2 sales and was excited for my product to have faster shipping.

Earlier this week, I get an email that my listing was taken down for safety reasons and now my first 2 orders are canceled. My product has proper use instructions and has warning labeling, I also have the CE and ISO9001 certificates.

I have had two separate responses, one stating that my ASIN will be reinstated from seller support and it would take 1-2 days. It's been 2 days and my listing is still "Detail Page Removed" and I cannot relist the product. I see nothing regarding this issue in my account health page either.

I try emailing the Child Safety department I was referred to in the email telling me my situation (my product is not a children product either). It seems they give me the same automated response that my ASIN will not be instated because the product type is now being prohibited. I find it perplexing that my listing was singled out for removal while more than 50 other sellers continue to offer similar products without any apparent restrictions and they won't tell me why. I am dedicated to providing a safe and reliable product to Amazon customers, and I believe that my product adheres to all necessary safety standards.
