Credit card failure
Hello everyone,
I have something important that I need everyone's help with. My credit card is used normally because I did not deposit enough money to deduct fees from Amazon. However, I already have enough money to deduct fees from Amazon. Why does my credit card display as invalid when it can be used normally?

You must supply a valid credit card. The debit card you are using will not allow your selling account to be activated. Even if Amazon successfully charges the fees to that debit card, it won't matter. You must supply a true credit card.

Hello @Seller_ltOZxYXz64szQ,
Thank you for reaching out. What @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6blhas stated is correct. We do not accept alternative charge methods, such as prepaid cards, gift certificates, checks, or online payment systems like PayPal or debit cards to move forward. It must be a real credit card.
Accepted credit or debit cards
- We accept the following credit or debit cards:
- American Express
- Diners Club
- Discover
- JCB
- MasterCard
- Visa
You cannot delete the credit or debit card that you designated as your primary payment method, but you can add a new card or select a different card from the list of cards you have entered in your seller account. You can also designate another card as your primary payment method, in order to delete your former primary payment method.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Cheers,
Micah
