Selling application for private label Brand getting declined again and again.
Hi, I am a new seller. My selling application for private label brand without trademark is constantly getting rejected. Once it got rejected and I received email that my product images look photoshopped which is not the case. They are real world images 10%. Then I applied again creating new listing blank form, even tried on same listing but it kept sending emails that goes as follows:
”We have closed this case as this appears to be the same request as a prior case you created. Our guidelines for contacting Selling Partner Support state that duplicate cases should not be created. See case ID below and lookup your prior case in case log for further assistance on your request. Prior Case ID: 17459393461Regards, Amazon Selling Partner Support”
I am absolutely confused now on how to even re apply again and get the brand name approved. I dont know where am I doing wrong exactly !

Do your products or their packaging have your brand name printed on them permanently? Stickers are not considered permanent. They will reject you for that if your products do not have your brand name permanently affixed to your items.

I unfortunately do not have the ability to see the exact photos you uploaded with this selling application but I wanted to provide the below guidelines we have for Brand Registry which are extremely similar to those for selling applications.
- Upload at least 3 images of the product or packaging from different angles so you can clearly see the brand name.
- Take pictures of the products in your hand or on a table.
- The images must be actual photos of the products you are planning to sell under your brand.
There is something the team is seeing that is not compliant with the images so something needs to be adjusted in order for this to go through. I'm assuming that's why the team is saying it's a duplicate case is because the same images are being used. You will need new images when reapplying to have the team conduct another review!
