OTP locked me out
I have 21 orders due today and OTP is saying that I cannot access my account because I’ve requested too many OTPs. Can someone help me? I see that I can try authenticating, but that will take days. I’ll be deactivated by then. How do I get these orders out?

I've been experiencing the same issue. I'll be in my account and active and then get OTP. Came here to see if there were solutions. It's ridiculous!

I am having the same problem..... why is there a limit on how many times we login? I'm not always at my computer so I check with my account with my ipad . Doesn't let me logged in very long so I have to keep logging in and requesting the OTP

I know this doesn't help the immediate issue, but I was having the same problem with getting logged out all the time and having to get OTP's. I got locked out for 24 hours twice, and recently I would put in my OTP, click on any link in Seller Central and immediately have to put in another OTP. I saw someone suggest switching to a different profile in Chrome to fix the issue. I did it and it worked. I have been continuously signed in since November 27th (7days) and I have not had to put in an OTP once. Just copy over all of your bookmarks and passwords and remember to click the "Do not require OTP on this browser" button the first time you sign in to Seller Central. Hope this helps.

Hey, have you tried choosing the option for Amazon to call you to provide an OTP? When you do that, make sure to turn off any phone call screening setup you may have, as that setup does not receive Amazon's authentication calls well.

Problem with OTP as we have to put in every few minutes.

it happened to me, use your laptop when you have a lot of orders

To avoid such issues in the future, I suggest enabling Google Authenticator for account authentication. This backup method generates OTPs without relying on SMS or internet, ensuring uninterrupted access even during emergencies and you can also request otps unlimited times using this method.

Request the OTP via call. It always works for me.
