Amazon Ads Account Suspension while preparing for Amazon FBA shipments

Hi, I am sending FBA shipments into the warehouse within 1-2 months. My Amazon Ads Account was suspended a few months back, from suspicious activity in the US.

I have been having problems with billing cards for months for both Amazon Seller Account and Amazon Ads account. I have tried a lot of cards.

Around 2 months back, my Amazon Seller Account finally verified my card successfully with the same card I use for my Ads Account . My Ads Account billed successfully for AMZN ADVERTISEMENT and AMAZON RETAIL AU a week ago.

However, my account was already in suspension at the time.

Even though my AMZN ADVERTISEMENT transaction was successful on my bank’s end. I still see problems in the payment settings page, with billing info in all countries showing the word “needs attention” in red except Australia (my guess is that it’s the AMAZON RETAIL AU transaction)

Also the Billing page shows “needs attention” in red with 0.00 payments due in all countries.

Please enlighten me with more details I have to work on.

Is the problem due to the card not being able to be verified in all countries?

I really have no idea because every time I call my bank, they always say they can not allow suspicious transactions to go through in advance. I have to call “in time” every time it happens to let the transaction through. And now they see no other transaction from other countries at all.

Could you please look into Case ID 16621595581, I am posting here because Amazon Ads don’t have a Forum page of their own. I am so sorry if this is the wrong place.

I have tried to contact the support team many times but the process is all the same with no hope. The support person will say the case is sent to the team responsible for this > the team will send an automatic response email a couple days later saying the same thing.

I am so confused and lost. I have read the Policy page and still have no resolution.
