How to get buyers to stop sending returns back
I have some items that I make $1 on after Amazon fees and shipping. If one of these are returned, I lose a good chunk of money.
Is there a way to limit these returns? I have no problem refunding and having them keep the item, but They always immediately send it back. I send a packing slip with my email in each order telling them to contact me if they have a problem so I can resolve the return, but rarely does the buyer follow this.
I have "no Free Returns" setting selected, as if that changes anything. Anybody can return anything and Amazon instantly allows it.

Can't you use the returnless refund option for these items?

Hi @Seller_tjaUOZniL6bqm
As @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9said, you should look into assigning those ASINs/SKUs to be handled with returnless refunds.
A returnless resolution takes place when you issue a refund or replacement and let the buyer keep the product. You can either automatically issue a returnless refund or replacement via rules you define, or you can work with the buyer via messaging for a specific return. There are two ways to configure returnless resolutions that you can learn about if you access the help page I have linked above.
