For Merch on Demand, does anyone know if the neck print/band can be replaced with private label/officially licensed details?

Can the tags be replaced with private label/officially licensed holograms?

Looking through the Merch on Demand FAQ, it does indicate that branded items can be sold if the proper authorizations are in place.
