Here is how It played us small sellers
Phase 1- They removed National visibility and visibility was kept regional, sometimes even worse than that, so you can no longer get good sales from National Orders and are confined to Regional/Local orders.
Phase 2- They changed the fee for regional fulfillment and made it same as national, so earlier on what we were sending in Regional at a discounted fee, and anyway National orders dropped to ZERO, now we had to pay the new NATIONAL FEE with our already available Regional Visibility only :D
Ex- Earlier we used to ship 10 National and 4 Regional orders @120/kg for National and 86/kg for Regional
Now we ship 0 National order and 10 Regional order @100/Kg :D :D
