a-z claim was cancel by customer , amazon reactivated and impact our account

The customer opened A-Z on August 28, and we immediately communicated with the customer. After communication, we have solve with the issue for customer, the customer is willing to cancel A-Z and has already canceled A-Z. The status of A-Z written impacted: "No" and "completed"

On September 2nd, we have applied for a full refund to the customer, and the customer has received it. On September 23, we told Amazon about this situation, but the Amazon system did not know why the A-Z was reactivated and affected our performance.

This is A very ridiculous thing, the customer cancelled the A-Z, we have returned the full refund to the customer. The problem has been solved, after more than 20 days, I don't know why Amazon would automatically affect our account with A-Z. This incident has seriously affected our account operation, because our ODR has exceeded 1% and we lost our buy box. Ask Amazon for help. the most recent case ID for this issue is 13904563051 @Rose_Amazon @Danny_Amazon
