Order 406-8418751-9546758 was for Rs 760 I received Rs 312/- only on 14.05.2024

Is the balance payment pending to come?

What about the cancellation charges that were applied to me for no reason Dt. 17.09.2023 - Rs 84.96/- Dt. 10.04.2024 - Rs 700.91/- Dt. 16.04.2024 - Rs 16.82/-

Have these charges been cancelled as it was assured to be not charged.

Please can you update me the position
