Stop Business Advisory services

I am continously sending the mail to amazon business advisory manager to stop the servise. But they are not confirming the service end date and i am getting charged 2000+ taxes every week for the same.

i request you to please suggest what to do for deactivation of Amazon business advisory services.

Depending on the Program you're enrolled in, the engagement period differs. Please check the Account Management Services to see the details of each Program.

Accordingly, you can identify what's your engagement period's length and see if maybe that's why the service is not deactivated.
