Brand registry application is getting rejected - No response from Brand Registry Support

Hi! I’m hoping someone will help me with my brand registry application being rejected. There is a list of several reasons why it could have been but unsure why it was. I did appeal my business information that was needed but was rejected again. I’m thinking I entered my business info incorrectly because I am a Canadian corporation and might not have given Amazon what they wanted. Does anybody know how to fix this?
I want to reapply but it is saying my application is under review when I go to reapply.
I have been trying to contact the Brand Registry for 2 weeks and received no reply whatsoever. I contacted seller support and they told me to wait. Does anybody have a similar experience as a Canadian seller? I am happy to provide the correct business information but nobody from the Brand Registry replied to me which is very frustrating!
Even though I have a pending trademark with USPTO but still i am not able to register my brand with Amazon so that I can create my store.

I've gone ahead and escalated your appeal with the team for a secondary review! I cannot guarantee a change in your application, but as soon as I hear more I will let you know.
