I know this has happened to numerous people, but just wondered if there was anything I can do after appeal of an a-z?
Item was delivered, I have time, date and location, but Amazon has given a refund of my money to the customer.
Appealed and after waiting 5 days, I'm still paying out for the item and refunding customer !!
