Connor from Amazon here, thanks for your question.
If you don't see your country in the drop-down list then you will have to use a PSP - Payment Service Provider. You can look at payment providers here.
Alternatively, you can use Amazon Seller Wallet to receive funds and then you can send them to your external account.
