Things have to be sorted out first.
1. Do you reside outside the USA?
2. Have you established a legal business in the USA with a resident agent?
3. Is you selling account in the name of your USA licensed business, or your personal account in your home country?
3. Have you studied the Import Laws and Regulations for the USA?
That all needs to be sorted out before you begin.
