Images are showing the German marketplace images on US Account
I am not able to upload the images I want displayed on the US. marketplace to my listing because Amazon is choosing to show the german Images from the German Marketplace for the products. The german marketplace sometimes shows the images in English and there is not much of a resolution when that happens there.
I submitted multiple cases and the response remains the same:
After a review, we've determined that the attribute you would like to update for this ASIN has already been claimed by another representative account of the brand. If you have multiple accounts, please check and update from the exact winning account.
Amazon has verified that the current images showing on the detail page are an accurate representation of the product and most closely align with the style guides and standards as it more number of images.
We are the brand owner and have brand registry but Amazon can not see it that way? Has anyone else had this problem?
