Action Required: Verify your Selling on Amazon account

When I click to activate the account, it directs me to the payment page and an automatic email comes.
Then, when I click on the link to send a document in this link, I go to the store status page and there is no document sending section.
When I say request support or assistance, I get the same inactive account warning again and I cannot request support or assistance
What do I do?
