I am so new to this...
I have Amazon Central account and I do not have a store (I am still working on a trademark)
As I look at the item detail page, under Actions there is a button "Advertise Listing"
When I click it this is the massage I get:
Invalid Access
You do not have permissions to view this page
Can anyone help me please?

Welcome to selling on Amazon! Amazon Ads has some basic requirements that you’ll need to meet to start advertising:
- Professional seller, vendor, author, or advertising agency
- Active account in good standing with Amazon
- The ability to ship to the country in which you're advertising
- Valid payment method
