Clearly Branded Item Branded as "Generic" In Listing.....so that means I can't sell it??

Trying to list a new product, a very clearly branded product but it appears someone has listed it already as "generic" and I'm getting an error when I try to add my offer?

What is going on here exactly?

Just because someone listed their item as generic does not mean you cannot list yours.

You are leaving a lot of information out. What is the error message you are getting? Also, do you want to put your brand name on the listing? Do you know about the brand name approval process or do you have a trademark?
