If you have not had any success going through the LTL application, then just don't offer items that demand that sort of delivery. There is no happy solution. It will be nothing but a nightmare. An expensive nightmare.

If there are other sellers of heavy and bulky items that require less-than-truckload (LTL) shipment, please review the above help page.
That team recommends that sellers do not list LTL products without already having been granted access to freight templates, as that could lead to logistical issues.
