Product name change
Hello. I am trying to change my product name but it does not work. I am PL and brand owner. I used a dummy name back then and now that I have my shipment arriving soon I want to include all my keywords in the product title.
I am able to submit the change but my product title never updates, no matter what I do. The brand support staff also says they cant change that attribute since I am Brand owner and have more rights than they do.
How can I change the product name? Obviously the product name is really critical for the business. Anyone with same issues and able to provide help? It's urgent

Do you mean the brand? Or really the product name, like instead of "Coffee" you want to put "Tea"? Whatsoever, it's never a good idea to create a dummy listing because normally the title cannot be changed.

We can't get the title to one of our products corrected without making a new product listing with a new upc code. Which we can't do since the upc code is on thousands of packages. Once you make a title you are stuck with it.

Have you tried updating the name via a flat file upload? When you try to edit it online, it seems to default to the 80-character limit for the title, so it will not implement any changes that are longer than that. However, when you do it via an upload, this character limit is not imposed, and the change goes through.
