UPC Exemption Not Approved

in updated seller central, im unable the get brand approval in MPL, its showing below message, how to go forward without putting UPC code. is there any new procedure to follow? please guide if any.

''To list lifestyle products, you need to provide a valid product ID. Please enter the product's GTIN, UPC, EAN, or ISBN to continue listing.''

please help me to this.
