invoice help

long story short, Amazon customer service has been of zero help. I recently created a listing for my product and have been trying for almost three months to actually get my products listed. Amazon gave me issue after issue before I could finally create my listing. Out of nowhere, Amazon asked me for an invoice before I could actually list my product (keep in mind, I have my inventory in a warehouse that I pay for). I did as they asked and provided the invoice they requested. Amazon rejected it and said that the manufacturer’s or brand owner’s details weren’t included, even though the number, address, and email of both parties were present on the invoice. I tried multiple times and kept getting denied. I spoke with support, they reviewed the invoice, and told me it should be accepted. One of the support advisors suggested that I send a picture of the invoice instead of a PDF file. I did that, and still, nothing was resolved. I have never been so frustrated before, as I consider myself a calm, level-headed person, but I must say Amazon support is truly terrible. Can someone please actually give me an explanation of what is going on, as I am paying way too much for the storage of my goods in the warehouse? (CF is my brand). case id 10196245032
