Brand Registry Application Status Question: "Answered case" vs "Pending Review"
I submitted my request for the brand registry on May 10. This morning, I noticed that the related case status changed to "Answered case", but the status of my brand registry application still reads "Pending Review".
My question is - is this a normal part of the process, or has something potentially gone wrong? I was under the impression that once the case was answered, the application status would change accordingly.
I'm trying to understand if the "Answered case" status is merely an indication that my application has been reviewed internally by Amazon, or if it should have been an indication that my application status should also have changed to reflect the decision.
I understand that the process takes time, but I just want to make sure that I'm on the right track and that there aren't any issues with my application that I need to address. Any insights or advice from those who have been through the process or who are familiar with it would be greatly appreciated.
