We are keep on delivering products on frequent orders, but nowadays a scam is happening with some of our products. The customer orders the product and returns it by complaining of "received missing part of the product" or "so-so" reason and keeps a part of that product and returns the rest. the pickup guy also doesn't check the product parcel, Seller Support says, we don't have an open box rerun policy. (ex. I ordered a Pack of 3 Salt-pepper bottles, kept 1 from it, and returned 2 by complaining about the "missing part" even though we remember that the order had been dispatched properly). now the seller support told us the solution that keep a packing and unboxing video, The unboxing video is fine to record for returned products, but what we will do for the dispatching order, we will have to capture a video for an individual order with the the clarity of dispatch label. Just imagine 100 order =100 videos.

Hi, I read your consent and can easily understand how much you suffer and bear losses , We also many issues in return orders , Last week we dispatched an order weight 2.87 kg , but in return we got only 129 gram packet with completely different items that we don`t sell , What a funny fact return order label contains same dispatched weight in figure but in hand only 129 gram return package , Who are responsible Return pack delivery boy, Buyer or other still puzzled.

Customers keep the product and many times return half for the things or old things and then claim refund/ replacement.

Yes very ofently Amazon & its team do such types of Fraud specially when products are in 3pcs or 5 pcs their by earning extra over & above their shipping fees, charges etc.
They keep 1 piece with themself & create return order request reason missing parts etc.
how can seller send missing part they are fooling sellers through various silly reasons in return.

this is really sad. it happened with me too. i sold two aloe vera capsules. the customer replaced the capsules with some other capsules and gave return reason that the item was not satisfactory. Amazon accepted it and i had to file a saf t claim but i got hardly 50% of the price. How can Amazon accept returns so carelessly causing a lot of losses to the seller?

This is so true and the most important thing is amazon doesnt give a sht about this they are only concerned about there fee which they are getting. They will no do anything regarding this.

This is true and even we are facing the same exact issues.
Even if we share the packaging videos, still Amazon will not pass the claims
They trust the customers more even if they are cheaters.
Most of the issues are not even taken care of as we receive the same copied and pasted mails as if some AI is working at their end .
